Nigeria Struggles to Sell its Crude - 21 Unsold Shipments Ready for Feb

As demand for oil imports from the US and Europe has fallen, Nigeria has suffered greatly.

It has 21 shipments of oil ready for delivery in February that are still unsold.

What was all that fear about peak oil and low lack of supply? Obviously all for nothing if some nations are struggling to sell their oil.

Russia's reply? ... remind Ukraine that it owes them $7 billion for natural gas that it was contractually obliged to buy in 2012 yet never actually received or paid for. - All part of the ridiculous contract that exists between the two countries in which Ukraine must buy a specified amount of gas each year.

Nigeria's crude oil export may have continued its struggle for survival in the international market, as indication emerged that about nine cargoes are still unsold in the nation’s loading programme for March.
