How Much Mnoney could a CHevy VOlt Save you Each Year?
A Chevy volt driver has posted stats for driving his Volt for one year. Showing the number of miles driven, the cost of the electricity, the MPG, and most importantly, the amount saved compared to driving a normal car.
He saved around $3000.
Yes this is very possible. I have been driving an electric car for 18 months and 15,000 miles and fuel costs are no longer any concern. $4 of electricity takes me 200 miles.
Depending on your electric rates expect to pay 15%-20% the cost of gasoline. Other savings include no need for oil changes, tune ups, belts, starters or alternators just to name a few.

Dhrivnak, I have never actually met someone who drives an electric car. Could I trouble you to maybe give a review of your experiences and whether you would recommend one to other people?
It might be interesting to read about the thoughts and views of a real person who actually owns and drives an VE on a daily basis, as opposed to reviews by car critics.
