Biography

I’m currently a full-time research analyst in the oil and gas industry and curator for my blog, the Energy Harbinger.  My background is primarily in oil and gas and finance; however I did receive a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Nebraska.  I grew up working in the oil and gas industry as a landman during and after college.  Several years after college, I decided to go back to school to study finance at Daniels College of Business (University of Denver) where I earned a masters in finance.  After I graduated from Daniels, I worked in Denver for EnerCom, Inc., an oil and gas consulting firm, as an analyst where I wrote equity research for our website in addition to the other common responsibilities of an analyst.  I hope that you find my writing timely and useful, and I appreciate your comments and feedback.
